What kool.tel is used for

kool.tel is a short-link domain operated by Kool Telecom. When a Kooltel business customer sends an SMS or MMS that includes a media attachment (image, audio, or document), our platform mints a short URL of the form kool.tel/m/<code> and places it in the outgoing message body. Recipients who tap the link are served the original attachment from Kooltel infrastructure.

This domain is not used for advertising, URL cloaking, redirection to third-party sites, or any purpose other than resolving customer-sent media. Any kool.tel/m/… link in a message that was not sent through Kooltel is unauthorised.
