These terms govern use of the kool.tel
short-link service operated by Kool Telecom
(“Kooltel”). The service resolves URLs of the form
kool.tel/m/<code> to media attachments
sent by Kooltel business customers in SMS and MMS messages.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to enumerate, scrape, or brute-force short-link codes.
- Do not use kool.tel URLs outside the context in which they were delivered to the intended recipient.
- Do not misrepresent kool.tel URLs as originating from another party.
No warranty
kool.tel content is provided as-is. Attachments may expire, be retracted by the sender, or be removed by Kooltel for policy or legal reasons.
Intellectual property
Media attachments served via /m/<code>
belong to the Kooltel customer who sent the message or their
licensors. The Kooltel name, the kooltel.com website, and
this domain are property of Kool Telecom.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
